Custom Course Materials

The Bookstore is no longer offering a custom course pack service.

Here's how to get your custom course materials to your students. Please note that our information may not be up to date with policy changes in D2L or at Bound and Copied, and it's best to check with them directly.

Get permission to post your materials on D2L

You must let the copyright office know what materials you'd like to post on D2L. They will work to see if it's possible to post your required materials online. Not all materials can be posted online, but many can, and the Copyright Office can help you get your materials onto your course.

Reach out to the Copyright Office at copyright@ucalgary.ca and include the following information about your course materials:

• title
• author
• page numbers
• course numbers
• enrolment number

Work with Bound and Copied

Bound and Copied welcomes the opportunity to produce printed course packages for your course. Just like the bookstore did, Bound and Copied works closely with the Copyright Office to get all of the necessary permissions to print course packages. The bookstore is working closely with Bound and Copied to provide them with historical files so that reprinting previous course packages is as quick and seamless as possible.
